Clinical Supervision
Beyond Limits Psychotherapy offers clinical supervision for provisionally licensed social work clinicians in both Florida and North Carolina.
Approach
As a qualified clinical supervisor, I take a person-centered approach that integrates Gestalt techniques and teaching models to create a supportive, responsive, and collaborative supervisory environment. My goal is to empower each supervisee to grow into a competent, confident, and ethically grounded clinician, equipped with the skills and self-awareness necessary for sustainable practice.
I utilize a relational and interpersonal framework to explore the complexities of the therapeutic relationship, helping supervisees reflect on the dynamics between themselves and their clients. This includes attention to transference and countertransference, boundaries, cultural humility, and ethical decision-making. Supervision is tailored to the developmental needs of each clinician, with an emphasis on cultivating clinical intuition, theoretical integration, and a strong professional identity.
Ultimately, I view supervision as both a space for professional development and personal growth, where supervisees are supported in building the insight, competence, and resilience they will carry into licensure and throughout their careers.
