RATES

Beyond Limits Psychotherapy is paneled with several major insurance providers and your individual plan will be discussed upon intake. Co-payment and financial responsibility will be determined upon an eligibility assessment.

Beyond Limits Psychotherapy accepts private pay*:

  • Initial Diagnostic Evaluation (required for all new clients) - $165

  • Individual Therapy - $150

  • Family or Couples Session - $200

At Beyond Limits Psychotherapy we recognize that many people want extended sessions, especially when doing deep processing work with specific modalities such as EMDR, and trauma-focused yoga. Therefore, we offer extended service rate to accommodate this need:

  • 90 min Session-$205   

  • 120 min (2 hours)- $260 

*For individuals with out-of-network benefits, a Superbill can be provided to be submitted to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.

 Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Beyond Limits Psychotherapy has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Clients who do not provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation will be charged the full session fee.

This applies to both private pay and insurance clients.
